- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
- If there is any delay in processing, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge, which will be visible during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote or rural locations may take longer depending on courier service availability.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, holidays, or courier delays.
4. Courier Partners
We ship with reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Bluedart, and others to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will re-ship the order after charging the reshipping fee.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International delivery is not available at the moment.
8. Secure Packaging
All Zaleica jewelry is carefully packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
