At Zaleica, we take great care to ensure that your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are here to help you with a smooth return or replacement process.
1. Replacement Policy (7 Days Only)
- We offer replacement only for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must raise a request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement request:

- Provide your order number, product images, and reason for the request.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange for the pickup and send a replacement. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Used or worn jewelry
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of design, or color differences due to screen settings.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed in cases where:
- The product is unavailable for replacement
- You received the wrong item and prefer a refund instead of replacement
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, we bear the shipping cost.
- If the return is rejected due to misuse or customer fault, re-shipping charges may apply.
